यह शुल्क emergency bike assistance request को process करने और उपलब्ध mechanic assistance arrange करने के लिए लिया जाता है।
Mechanic repair charges, spare parts, fuel, towing एवं अन्य service expenses अलग से लागू होगा ।
Cancellation & Refund:
₹99 fee सामान्यतः booking/request processing के बाद non-refundable है, लेकिन यदि Sirifal की ओर से requested assistance उपलब्ध या arrange नहीं हो पाती है, तो applicable refund policy के अनुसार refund किया जाएगा।
